MRP Advisory Services Sdn Bhd (533977-D) was incorporated on 6th December 2000 and specializing in Mortgage Interest Reduction Consultancy. We assist commercial or non-commercial property owners with housing, land or factory building loans to reduce their interest payable to financial institutions and at the same time shorten the tenure of the loans, using the American technique and technology. This service existed in the United States of America since 1988 and is popularly called Equity Acceleration Program (E.A.P).We are also affiliated to the Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC) and endorsed for the CPD hours for RFP and CFP. We are the official service provider in the 1st Malaysian Financial Planning Portal.
