We assist commercial or non-commercial property owners with housing, land or factory building loans to reduce their interest payable to financial institutions and at the same time shorten the tenure of the loans, using the American technique and technology. This service existed in the United States of America since 1988 and is popularly called Equity Acceleration Program (E.A.P).

He had contributed articles relating to mortgage in Personal Money, Own a House magazines and is currently moving into the new era of Financial Planning.
